Take Take a drive out into the kunuku (outback) for some really good goat, papaya or komkomber (locally grown cuke) stews, yorki (salted goat meat), salted or fresh fried fish. Each dish includes rice, fries, funchi (cornmeal) or tu-tu (a special way of preparing funchi with beans and brown sugar); a MUST! And for you real dare-devils therešs yambo (okra) and mondongo (tripe) soup served also, of course, with funchi. To quench your thirst they serve cold beer, soda, juice and bottled water, Relax and enjoy the breeze and this typical setting reminiscent of the way things used to be. Maiky Snack is down-to-earth friendly service.
