Bonaire's first Colombian restaurant. You'll find El Fogon Latino in Nikiboko on the way to Lac Bay and Sorobon Beach. We offer a soup ("sancocho") special as well as a Colombian dish special every day. Eat in our open air dining area or air conditioned comfort.
 
MENU HIGHLIGHTS
Tenderloin and strip loin steak, steak a caballo (with an egg on top), roasted chicken, grilled chicken breast, fresh wahoo, dorado or red snapper, shrimp and conch in garlic. For a real treat, try our delicious chowder.
