Cactus Blue Bar & Restaurant is known for its 'Gourmet Contemporary Caribbean Cuisine.' Enjoy flavourful island favorites as well as familiar American fare. The extensive menu features fresh Lobster, Mahi-Mahi, grilled Wahoo, lime & ginger Shrimp, island jerk fire-roasted Chicken and world renowned Argentine grass-fed Filet Mignon. Sample our signature Yellow Fin Cajun Tuna Sashimi garnished with coconut rice and crispy fresh vegetables. A special addition to the menu is our stone baked gourmet Pizza with Caribbean flair with a choice of over 26 fresh toppings. Eat in or take out.

Enjoy deliciously smooth and refreshing cocktails. But be wary of Cactus Blue’s potent cactus potions that contain up to four shots of liquor and are served in half-liter carafes!
